I want to add my EBJD to my 180. It’s currently in a 60 all by it self. It’s about 3".

180gal Tankamtes:
Prochilodus (8")
Gold spotted red severum (9")
Leopard ctenopoma(5")
Pink Tail (5")
Hujeta Gar (4")
5x Polypterus all under (12")

Plenty of driftwood and tall plants.
Drip system changes 70gal of water a day. 40gal sump, 2x fx5 canisters.

No fighting in the tank as it is. I don’t know if adding it will throw the peace off in the tank. I know 3" is small but I figured better to put it in when it’s small and learns to respect others territory. But I am just learning about Cichlids and don’t have the experience to trust my instinctints. The sticky say the EBJD are one of the more non aggressive CA Cichlids. Should I add it?

I don't think it's ready. 3 inches is still quite small compared to everyone else. They also stress easy. If it is by itself, it would definitely grow better than with all these larger tank mates. It might even get eaten by one of the polypterus.
