I have some BG JD and EBJD that has mouth fungus I've been trying to heal them with salt and melafix but it isn't working. The patches look white and fungy around there mouth. I already lost 2 EBJD help me out if you know how to cure them.

Both salt and melafix are useless for bacterial infections. Dose Maracyn and Maracyn 2 combination or use tetracycline alone. Columnaris is a gram-negative bacteria which tetracycline should do the job.
Hey thanks for your help I think it's slowly going away now...Man the price on those things at the pet shop is like 20 bucks for 12 caps if you order them online it's only 15 thats with shipping for 100 caps! ANyways thanks for the info!
I wouldn't bank on it not coming back. Using the proper meds will guarantee the particular bacteria that causes infections eradicated unless you introduce another new fish again without quarantining it.
