I know that this was discussed in this forum before, but did anyone offer a solution or is it not a problem for Rays. I seem to remember the thread just dying.:irked: I was in my garage last night where I have my 270gal set up.(long story) I was barefoot and when I went to feed the Gars, I got what felt like a pin prick. I latter realized that it was an electric shock. Because such a small part of my finger touched the water, and I was barefoot on cement creating a ground it felt more magnified then it otherwise would have been. So is this bad for Rays ? I know that they are sensitive to other animals electric field. Is there a way to nullify the current ? Anyone else feel this ever, or had to deal with it ? I'm guessing that the charge is being offed by the two SEIO M1100 pumps in the tank that have a magnetized impaler.
