Electric Eel..

In home aquaria, there are no species that can survive with e. eels. Some keepers have kept large plecos in with e. eels. But, it can be very comfortable for the cat since the eel's discharge chases substrate (mts) snails up and out of the tank.

Keeping an e eel means providing for a fish that reaches 8 feet in length. If you plan on growing one for a while and then selling it when it gets too big, keep in mind how hard it's going to be to move a large 600volt-producing sub-adult without frying yourself.

I heard that you can even have them without filtration, because they are breathing air from the top like snakeheads. Since it was mentioned that moving the eel would be hard, what are the techniques that one can do when moving them?

Lol might be a thing you should think of before getting one.

I've seen a move of 2 6 footers at a public aquarium. The caretakers wore high voltage insulating arm gloves and full rubber aprons. They caught single e eels in a rubber-mesh sling net. They still received shocks that ran along everything that got wet from the fish's splashing. The e eels were placed in individual non-conductive barrels and were carried suspended between long wood poles.
