Electric Green Terror?

Got this lil guy about a month ago.. Came in with a bag of (SM) Jack Dempseys..

He was about 1/2 inch, and I immediately recognized it wasn't a Jack but a Gold Saum.. However, it was no ordinary gold saum. It was a gold saum with the speckling of a juvenile Texas Cichlid. I bought it, took it home.. now it is about 1.5".

Sorry about the quality of the pictures, as I had to use a flash and the bowing in my 180g prevents me from taking nice shots.. But you can still kind of see what 'Electric' Green that I am talking about.

I am hoping it is a female, so I can breed it with my royal gold saum. I would think if it was a male it would of shown more coloring in the tail and development in the body..

This one is reminds me of a very nicely bred 'Turqoise' jewel cichlid with similiar speckles to a texas cichlid..

You see these frequently? How come they aren't more popular.. I've never seen an adult, either.. H'rm.

I've seen many baby GTs with similar patterns... I doubt it's anything worthwhile to be honest.
