I am probably going to sell my electric yellow lab fry instead of turning them in to my lfs for 1/3 value in store credits ( total rip off!!! ) what would be a good asking price. If anyone is interested as well I will contact you when they are for sale.

Thanks :)

It all depends on how big they are when you sell them.

It depends on your area, but 1/3 is about the right price. You will not get anything close to store prices. They have all the overhead to cover and they are a business. You are a hobbyist. I sell young fish, ones rare than yellow labs for 3-4 dollars each.

I recently sold a batch 2-3" P. interruptus for $6 a piece to my LFS. 1/3 or even 1/4 of the stores selling price isn't bad at all, especially when you think about the fact that it's basically free money...

At 1 inch you could try Craigslist and start out at $5 each.. I know this is way over priced, but hey stupid people are born everyday :D and start lowering from there periodically. Good luck

There are so many variables to fish prices, size? quality of parents? are they TB or WC or F1 and so on

Colour? how good is the yellow?

Markings? do they show any banding? how much black is on the fins?

Post up some pics, would be a good start.
