Curious to see who is prepared for an electrical outtage.(Blackout) What are your methods to keep the aquarium aerated? Never too early to prepare.

I'm pretty unprepared quite honestly. I'd be relying on my sponge filters to hold their bacteria alive while everything shuts off. I really need to look into a battery generator or something that I can plug straight into...

Wait for the methane bubbles, Then use it as a fuel source to run the generator. solar panels. DC inverter

Just something I pick up the other day. Thought I'd share. 400w of power connected to a car battery. It's enough to power an orbital sander.

Bubble Boxes are inexpensive and a must for anyone in the hobby. I also have a generator.
