Eleotoris picta. any info on it??

hi people. Today i discoversed i fish that liked for sale in the internet. it's called an Eleotoris picta. i'm not sure it a characin specis but it looks alot like a wolf fish. any body with experience of the fish. what tank size, max size??

AKA Water Cow, very neat fish. Known to eat anything even close to the size of it's mouth as well. I think Richie ELP had one as his avy, he might own one for better information.

^x2 with Kevin's info. I believe that they max-out at 18" in the average aquarium. Tank size differs from one persons view to another, but I'd say 75-Gallons for a minimum at a large size.
