ELephant nose CAT???

i saw a sweet elephant nose catfish at my LFS, anyone have these?

I dont want to buy it, i just want to know the specs of it(from the MFK pro's)...thank you

Elephant nose cat?? you may be on about Giraffe cats, Auchenoglanis Occidentalis (has the scientific name changed?) but you may not lol. they get well over 2 foot to about 30 inch in there natural habitat but are seen closer to 18 inches in captivity. there are scavengers and aren't too fussy once eating. not too fussy about water as long as it isn't too soft an has no ammonia or nitrite. very nice cat i had a couple before got to around a foot in 6 months from 2 inch.

yea i hate how LFS always have random names... and if u try to correct them, theyre like "we need to sell it by the name we bought it as"
