emerald crab worth it?

i got an emerald crab in my tank before i bought the fish. right now there's just one blue damsel in there. am i running a risk with the crab and my future fish, or do they usuallt leave fish alone?
i say him waving his claw at him when he got too close once.

emerald crabs rarely eat fish, and as long as you feed him well he will most likely leave your fish alone.
