Dumb question but in cases of power outage I wanted to hook up an AC/Battery air pump. I don't want see the hose in my tank but I know I have to keep it in my tank 24/7 just in case the power goes out. Would it work if I put the air stone in the overflow chamber or does the bubbles need to be on the other side where the fish it at? This is for fresh water.
