Emergency!!! Albino Polypterus in critical state

Hi guys,
I'm in desperate need of help as my beloved poly looks like it is dying. I left it to my aunt to take care of it when I went on holiday and now it's having trouble balancing, staying upright, and it seems to have turned much smaller and skinnier. I suspect that it was something she had done to cause this. PLEASE, can someone help me and give me suggestions for what to do!!!

Sorry to hear your distress. We need more info though. How long were you gone? Did she feed it while you were gone? Sounds like its possibly starving? What are water parameters? (Please don't say fine, numbers please) Pics will be helpful. How long have you had it? How long has the tank been up? What did your sitter do or not do differently? Did you ask them and did you leave a detailed plan for them to follow? Did they follow it? Does you sitter know anything about fish? This is all stuff you and we need to know. I hope for the best.

Can you drop the water level in the tank to help it right itself? Or maybe use a breeding box or something else to help keep it near the surface upright and able to get air?

Check ur water. Reduce the water level as mentioned. Add some pure Epsom salt 1 tsbp per 5g. Post some pics or vids.
