Guyz,
Today morning when I checked on the aro it was fine. But now when I checked in the afternoon it’s staying vertical in the tank. Here are some pics, plz tell the problem and solution to it.

Would lower the water level so the fish can stay upright. Reduce stress and dim lights. Keep the water super clean. Suspect injury. Not much else to recommend.

Thx Adrian though kno4te (and RD) are way better medicine men than myself -- but agreed with what what kno4te says, it's quite possibly an injury and/or problem with its swim bladder (esp. if it's been eating which OP doesn't mention about).

While they do kind of promote their own products (from sister companies Qian Hu/Ocean Free), there's some good info about Arowana diseases, injuries and treatments here:

Under Swim Bladder Disease it describes exactly what OP's fish is doing, and their treatment advice is very similar to kno4te's (plus they mention about adding Epsom Salt, but I personally cannot say that's warranted or not in this situation). I'd also make sure your tank is well oxygenated E_polypterus, good luck and hope he pulls through.

Thank you all for your replies , but the he didn’t make it :(. I think it would have been due to unclean water. I was too busy In the past two weeks.

Thanks again .

Sorry for the loss. I just went through this same thing 3 days ago. My fish shows these exact same symptoms and by the next morning it passed.

Sad to hear you both lost your fish -- I wonder if there were any commonalities? Were both of your fish eating OK beforehand (and if so, what?) or not?

Mine was fine. Eating NLS algaemax and thera A. To add I also have another fish with similar food requirements that has no issues.
