What should I do brother to help it stay alive?

Just do a water change and keep an eye on it. Doesn’t seem like it has a bacterial infection so not sure why you added an antibiotic. If anything, it looks thin and may have internal parasites. But for now, just keep the water super clean

Ok brother doing so should I add air pump?

Guys as I start the pump I see large amount of bubbles becoz of tetracycline
Is it a sign of concern?

My concern is that in many posts you are constantly treating with various and different medications, often before finding out what the fish has or has not got.
Many medications should be used weeks apart even after 50 percent water changes.
IMO the best medication for most fish is good quality water and food.
Avoiding health problems is ten times as important as treating them.
Not really ever treat a Betta with salt, as did not think they “liked” salt treatment.

Agreed...try just clean water and good care before adding any meds which can be hard on the fishes’ kidney and liver. BTW: foaming is normal with tetracycline
