Hey a buddy of mine just called... he has two oscars in a tank together, they are about 8" and 5"... he said that the 5" was missing a pectoral fin... and he wanted to know if i knew any he could do to help it... I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL HIM!!! he says that the fin is completly gone including the rays of the fin... any fast responces would really be appreciated :help2:

thanks for a quick responce... what size tank could be used for a hospital tank for a fish this size? i dont think he has another tank and all mine are used up right now... would a ten gallon be ok?

seperate with tank divider, raise temp to 82ish, and use melafix

there is no need to use a ton of meds, just make sure the water is perfect with nitrates less than 10ppm and it will help the healing process go a lot quicker

Us a divider then they don't get all stressed, then metalfix.

Carl.
