EMERGENCY! My Jack Dempsey Female is DYING !!

My Jack Dempsey female has been swimming sideways and slowly for about 14 hours, I thought I would wake up to her dead but she is still there. Her mate is guarding her from the other fish. She seems a swollen also there is now a whitish line coming out of her genitals. I don't know what to do.. is she dying?:cry:
 
Shes just laying on the floor sideways, but been alive like that for hours can i do anything to help her ?
 
I would suggest posting a picture or else there's almost no other way for us to diagnose her. Are you sure its female? Cause if its male and there's other male jack dempsies in the tank maybe she's.being bullied. It would also help to list tankmates and water parameters and tank size for a thorough Answer.
