Emergency -- Please help

Please help my ray.. This is what's happening..
It's breathing very heavily.. and it's breathing a lot comparing to others.
It doesn't swim much even when it's run over by the bigger ones.
I normally feed with fish meat and sometimes ghost shrimps.
Can it be infected?

tank params? temp? new additions? how long the ray been in the tank/pond? need alot more info here...
 
High nitrate coupled with a crash in Ph,the fact they arent all doing it means nothing,some rays are more tolerant than others,do a 50% water change asap,if you dont they will all go the same way.
