The first thing I would try is Espom Salt, which relieves bloat and constipation.

Tell your friend to get Epsom Salt, and let him or her know that it can't be Aquarium Salt, because it's not the same. Epsom Salt can be found at any drugstore/Wal-Mart etc.

Use one tablespoon per ten gallons, and treat half of the tank's volume the first day, and half the next day. Within three to five days from the second treatment, you should see results. If you don't, you can move on to more serious treatment. You can also use a stronger concentration of the Epsom Salt if you would like -- anywhere to three tablespoons per ten gallons would be fine.

If the fish is eating, try to get it to eat peas. This will also help.

Make sure that Ammonia and Nitrite levels are zero, and that Nitrates are below 20.

i agree.. use epsom salts.. it's also possible to give the fish salt baths.. take some tank water and put it into a bucket ( or tub big enough to fit the fish ) add about 4 tablespoons of salt per gal.. put the fish in for 5 to 10 mins, but keep an eye on it.. if it starts to look uncomfortable.. put it back into tank.. i done this 2 times a day for 3 days.. cured my fish 100% also works for popeye, bloat etc..

This thread has more detailed info on administering the Epsom Salt, as well as others' comments on their experience with this treatment:

thank u all not lets see if it works for him too i hope:)

Look at the background, it's upside down too. We need a full tank shot with gravel or substrate visible.

I think the OP just flipped a normal FH image vertically to visually represent the sick FH's movement..... and ask for suitable help in that regard.
Not rocket science to figure it's an upturned image!
