Emperor Cichlid

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Mine have always grown quickly roughly 2" or more a month. In large tanks they do well until they get 15-16" or so then become more aggressive. It will depend on your tank mates. Great fish though, by far the cichlid that I've enjoyed owning the most.

They can grow larger than a tem, or any bass for that matter.

Cool. I hope he stays in a cave or area and not bully others the . Then they grow like tems or even faster. It'll be mostly catfish and some mid dwellers.. All grow big and will only be introduced once they are arguably "big enough".

Thanks for the tip!

I've heared. I'm communing it with fish that grow at least 24" very least that is. I hope they can fend for themselves.
