Emperor or Blue Face

I've got a 180 FO. Currently one small volitan lion. I'm trying to decide between an emperor or blue face angel to add next. Which one would be better or does it matter? After the angel I plan on adding some tangs. Three yellow, one blue hippo, one powder blue or brown, and maybe a trigger to finish off the list (leaning towards picasso).
 
an angel would do better in a FOWLR...

but IMO the emperor
 
IMO I would add the tangs first. Angels are a bit aggressive with conspecifics. They may kill tangs if introduced after the angel. I know my Koran killed butterfly fish that I introduced into my FO tank.

That was my original plan but I was advised to add the angel then the tangs. This advice came from my lfs and one of the forums (maybe this one) I frequent.
