I just got rid of most of the African cichlids in my 240 and now it's sitting there empty. My question is how many pbass can I put in there? dimensions 8x2x2. Is it possible to put an Arowana in with the pbass? First time ever venturing into these two fish. Arowana most likely would be a black.

I would go with 5 monocs or occelaris in a 240. And as long as the arowana is large enough that the pbass won't think they can fit him in their mouth, they should get along fine. I currently have 2 10" monocs and a 14" silver aro in a 200 and they get along fine.

5 in a 240 will be fine for a while probably 2 years.... I would personally fill it with ornios!

Im going to stick 2 monos in my 240gal and look for some tems too

5 pbass in a 240 will not last forever....

It will get pretty crowded within a year.

I personaly wouldn't keep even one pbass in a 240 for life.

yupe Pbass and aro will go well together, that size tank will be adequate for up to 2 years, depending on how many you get.
