Hi all,
I have a spare 55 g in the basement.Any c/a suggestions?.I know the options are very limited.Thanks.

firemouths, convicts, any other thorichthys or cryptoheros species, rainbow cichlid, blue acaras, keyhole cichlids, JD (might be pushing it)

a pair of any of these should be fine though like i said, a dempsey pair might be pushing it depending on how large the male grows.

that would work too, i personally would do something like a pair of red ceibals, oblongums, or salvinis with a nice big school of tetras. or go the single wet pet route and get a nice male GT or something of similar size

A group of honduran red points would be nice. I like Sarah's suggestion of the red ceibals as well. If I had an empty 55 right now I think I would do a colony of orange heads and a large school of tetras.

Thanks everybody for the suggestions:thumbsup:,I like the idea of the red ceibals, but I've been looking at the red points for a while,I think thats what it's going to be.
