Do anyone knows how can I empty my tank w/o harming my bacteria?

Coz I'm planning to transfer all of my fishes including my sand to my new tank...

Just keep the sand and media wet (with dechlorinated water).

Well most of the bacteria should be in your filter anyway so you should be just fine. Is your new tank cycled? Or rather, are you putting an existing filter on the new tank right away?

Yep... Thanks... My tank where I'm planning to transfer my fishes is new and I'm bringing my previous tank to other place so I'll just transfer all of what's in my previous tank to my up-coming tank when it get s here...
