Well, not quite one generation, but yeah. Impossible to think about the number of people that died. I didn't know that there was a War Graves COmision, and found that great.

Well from the end of WWI to the begining of WWII was only like 22 years so yeah, one generation.
 
Oh, well you made it sound like 80 million was a part of the war deaths in WWI and WW2, which would have been more than one generation. You're right with civilianwar deaths and all in WWII, which rounds around 80.
