So my roomy bought a red devil and 3 super red belly piranhas at the beginning of the semester at about an inch long. He put the super reds in his 40 gallon and I dusted off my 20 gallon to hold the red devil. It is now the end of the semester and he needs to get rid of both of them. I recently bought a 55 gallon off of craigslist so I could house one of them. The red devil "Winston Featherpenny" is about 5 inches now and has alot of personality. The piranhas are around 3.5 inches and dont have as much personality. Though they are illegal in almost half the states which inherently make them cool.
So my question to you is which do I choose to take for my 55 gallon when we all part ways in about 2 weeks? Which will be cooler to have alone in my 55 gallon tank for life, and why?
I cant decide so any input to sway me one way or another would be great. Thanks!
