Probably trapped air common issue with Polys. Hopefully it will pass the air.

+1. If not gone on it’s own. Can try Epsom salt at 1 tbsp per 5g (once).

OH MAN. *facepalm* my chubby senegal bloats himself like this way too often. Just don't feed for a few days. If it doesn't seem to get better, does with epsom salts. 1tbsp per 5 gallon. Totally works every time.
