I'm picking up a 3" ornate and a 3" endli on Tuesday, my lfs has a 10"+ fat Senegal, the biggest I've ever seen! If I grow the ornate and endli out a bit and add them with the sen, will they ever outgrow the sen and eat it or is 10" large enough yo not be considered food?

10" would be plenty large enough and you probably won't run into this problem for some time. Also once you add them all together at 5-6" once the endli and ornate are with the senegal long enough they'll realize the sen is a tankmate before they reach a large enough size to eat the sen. Either way even if they do get big they would have a little but of trouble trying to eat the sen. IMO you shouldnt have any problems with anyone eating the sen. Something I would be looking at rather is the ornate and endli. Endlis are very cannablistic when young so I would watch both the ornate and endli.
