i have a divider in my tank right now and some zip ties were facing up, it was kinda sharp so i recently turned them down so my fish wont scrape themselfs. the other day i noticed my 7 inch endli has a red bump next to his eye it looks like a small wart or pimple. i was thinking maybe he hurt himself on the zip ties but now im thinking its an infection. my temps at like 86 and i add salt everytime i do water change. does anyone know what this could be, and how can i treat it?

he might injured him self,
one of my plat has a similar injury right now,
I separated it into a hospital tank with a heater, n today he is getting better. I don't use salt, as I'm not too sure how effective salt is,
and all I did was keeping the water clean because bichirs can heal them self very quick.

Try half a dose of melafix,that normally clears any minor problems for me.
