Endli Quarentine?

Here's the 411:

I have my 4" Endli in the 55gal tank with a Syno, Ctenopoma, and My 7"Senegal....He's not eating and the Sen keeps stealing ALL the food....and my Endli is afraid of my hand now.

Should I move him in a 20Hgal Quarentine tank with my African Butterfly and four Congos till he bulks up to 6"?
Water Chem is the same

How long since he ate. If its been a week or more I'd move him, but if its only been a couple days I wouldn't put him through the stress. Eating strikes aren't uncommon with bichirs.
