Endli red parts

i have a few bichirs on my main tank and one seems to have reddish parts below the body and fins. i do 30-50% weekly water changes but i have not checked my water parameters. all other bichirs are doing well and not harrasing anybody. the affected endli is still active and eating. i have cases on bloating on some senegal but this one seems different.

any ideas?

Looks like septicemia. I’d hold feedings for a few days. What are u feeding?

basa fillets and combination of pellets. redness showed up a month ago but i disregard it as only one is affected and he is still active. this specimen is unusual as it had a growth spark from 1ft to 2ft in a few months, his friends are just 16inches.

If the redness has been there a month then just watch. Make sure it has a few days in between feeds. Crazy growth!
