Endli swim bladder

I have had my endli 7 years plus he is always a little bit of retard. And had swim bladder issues from day dot last few days he has been floating at the top of the tank spiraling he is my oldest fish and can't bring myself to kill him I've tried swim bladder treatment added salt but he is now in a bad situation he is still very healthy and has life left in him is there anything I can do?

uh well not killing him is a good way to start lol. Can you get some pics? is his pattern lighter than usual? any problems eating etc..,?

Lol I will get some snaps he has always been light coloured but ye he is really washed out. He has always had trouble eating i have to sort of drop food right in front of him to get him to and as he floats around now he hasn't eaten fora week or so. He just floats upside down with his rear end sort of breaking the water. Is there anyway to sort of realease the air trapped inside him
