Endli endli have thicker stripes, usually some smaller spots towards the base of those stripes, as well as plenty of facial markings.
Congicus has thin stripes, and more of them, little to now facial markings, and the base color of the fish tends to be lighter.
There are more spcific measurements (such as scale and dorsal fin counts), but I don't have those committed to memory. I"m willing to bet it's in the primer though
