endlicheri n dehelzi the same

are the endlicheri bichir and the dehelzi the same i bougth a dehelzi thats what they named at the lfs but in a web site it said thats what they called endlicheri now with all this diffrent names fish not being named right i dont know what i have know i also have a palmas palmas so i think i will post pictures soon can some one xplain this to me thanks
 
Both species are vastly different. Delhezi are upper-jawed, gray-based, and reach approximately 17". Endlicheri are lower-jawed, brown-based, and reach well over the 2 foot mark.

A little work on your part will easily solve your dilemma. www.fishbase.org You could also have compared yours to some of the delhezis and endlis on the site. Just because a fish is mistakenly identified does not make it the same species.
