Endlis

Hi I own a 11cm endli and was wondering what type of terrain or whatever to keep it in. (I know that i can't keep it in small rocks right?) I was also wondering like how much food it eats....

I don't like it eating my glass catfish...



PS:The endli and some other same sized fishes live together peacefully, sadly today i came home later than usual and forgot to feed them, hence the endli ate the glass cat

I think small smooth pebble substrate should work.

Brandy, don't underestimate the predators. Endlis are bound to eat anything that will fit well in their mouths.

But i thought that endlis would eat the rocks and die??

Anyway, I'm going to get a new tank next week for my endli and rock fish but I've picked like the other fishes to be the same size as the endli so I don't think they'll fit into its mouth (Well except for that glass cat which was a teeeeny weeeny bit smaller)

Right, but the problem is fine sand is so hard to find, its like only certain fish farms sell them...

Try pool filter sand or play sand. PFS can be found at most if not all pool stores. Play sand can be found at Home Depot and Lowes, etc.
