Now I kow your all thinking, Who cares? But I went to my lfs, just thrifting through adn I saw these two huge eels. Until I saw them up close The were two 14 inch engineer gobies. There was some idiot guy that was buying liverock the they where zebra morays, and I shook him off because he was a dumba$$ and was telling people they were really expensive. I went and asked how much. They were 35 each. I had a heart attack on the spot. I said I will take them. And as always when I want a fish there is someone else. I was first of course, and the guy that wanted them second offered 50 for each. I about punched him. but the guy working told him no. It was first come first serve. So smiled at the guy and walked with my two bada$$ gobies. There ****** HUGE! And I alread love em. Anyone had any experiance with big gobies? There names are Wakka and Gatta. There ***in awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:cool-1: :cool-1:

They are very nice. How could someone be so stupid to think they were zebra morays????? Thouse kind of people should be beaten and whiped for 4 straight hours then drowned in their own urine.

Hey dude what do you feed your gobies. Tonight is day 2 and they have not shown interest in food. the have been tunneling and almost broke my heater because of an avalanche so I think they are getting established. I have tryed krill, plankton, brine shrimp, flakes, feeder mollies. They haven't gone for anything. This is only day 2 of course and sometimes it takes longer but what should I try next?

Well first of all you should use some aquarium putty to bond thouse rocks together because they will be doing that the whole time you own them and maybe someday they will kill something or brake something.

I suggest just keep offering food and give them lots of space/keep your hands out of the tank for a while.

What size tank are they in now?

There in a 75 and have plenty of free roaming space. I came home today and they have succesfully constructed a mountain out of gravel. I haven't fixed it because you tould me to leave them alone. They showed no interest in krill. I even dropped in the little mining facility that they've built. What live food do they eat? I m starting to think wants they have a little burrow built they will start eating. It is starting to become a big burrow though.

I'm not sure what live food they would eat but I do agree that now that they have a burrow started they might get more comforable and start eating. Give them anouther couple of days then start trying everything you can think of that wont hurt them because they will start to weeken after a few more days from having no food. But don't worrie yet.
