I have a 30g sump with a refugium. The fuge will have 30 lbs. of LR and chaeto. The display tank will also have about 65lbs of rock. Will a Marineland 100 Protein Skimmer and a CPR Aquafuge Refugium with Protein Skimmer be enough filtration?
Enough filtration for a 90g FOWLR?

That's a good amount of live rock you will be fine.

You should be ok with that setup. I agree a better skimmer would be helpful. You will also need to move some water around in the tank so look at 2 Koralia 4 powerheads to do the job.
