Enough Filtration

Hey guys
today was my birthday and i got a new 48 inch T5 kit
im so happy... anyways i was just wondering if the 3 filters on my 60 gallon are enough....
i currently have a Eheim 2215
Tetra EX 70
and a Aquaclear 30
Total Filtration= 600+ gallons an hour
is this enough for a tank that houses cichlids??

Happy B-day!! Wow, does that make you 17 now? That sounds like more than enough filtration to me!! just check your levels once in a while and see how everything is reading...

yea i do 25% water changes every 4 days...
i was thinking about adding a AQ110 but if u say its enough than i guess it is

current stock list and numbers are needed to determine it for sure, best bet though is like they said check your levels.

You can never have enough filteration but enough bacteria colony.

for african cichlid tanks fully stocked, i shoot for 8-10x turnover, You filtration is sufficient imo. Keep up on those water changes, and you should be ok.

I agree, that is plenty of filtration for even a well stocked 60 gallon.
