On a 180 gal.

I am using the 2 AC70's that I had on my 60, and added a odyssea CFS4 canister and the magnum 350 canister that came with the tank. Had an extra aqueon power 55 that I stuck on there for good measure as well.

Canisters are on the two ends of the tank and HOB's are spaced out along the back wall. I think I'm in good shape with that aren't I? The water looks good, but I've never filtered a tank this large, wanted to get some feedback.

I have read a lot on here about filtration and I think a lotof people over do. I have a 300 gallonplywood tank. That has been up andrunning for about a year now. I have onsilver arrowana about 15 inches, onelarge Oscar, 2 clown loaches, 5 large AfricanCichilds, one large parrott fish. I havea 500 gallon pond filter I bought from Lowes

That I clean about once a month. I ran ¼ water line to the tank hooked up ainline fridge filter from Lowes that I attached a drip admitter to. Next I drilled a 3/8 water drain line where Iwanted the water line to be I also added a air wand. Water stays crystal clear I never do waterchanges at all. The arrow has doubled insize and almost no work on my part. It reallydoesn’t take that much

FX5, problem solved :D

I would say test your water for ammonia, and if it reads 0, then you have enough filtration. Test the water at the top, but also at the bottom, it is really important. I have found that sometimes, a canister return have to be put in the lower half of the tank.
