enough for a fish only tank?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Yeah skip the prism. Are you going to have any liverock? Even with a decent protein skimmer you'll still need some sort of biofiltration, such as liverock or a wet/dry.

i thought prizms were for nano tanks?

for $70 i doubt it
seaclone would be like $120 and that's still ****

yeah dont waste your money lol. If you want a decent skimmer and not spend a ton of money, then get either a Coralife skimmer or a AquaC remora, both are resonable in price and skim well in my experience.

also why fish only? i have a 30 hex with 2 fish, live rock, and no filter(air stone only). are you planning on sand? no rock or sand is a pretty sterile tank. good for quarintine, but LOTS of marine fish graze of live rock. its really helpfull.

skip the skimmer and get a filter if your that tight. skilters are probably in your ballpark too.

SKILTERS????? ROFLOL

(serious face ) those things are junk... :screwy:

octopus HOB skimmers are good, Coralife Super Skimmer 220 for the 90g should be good too.
