Yeah I would upgrade filtration. Two whisper filters on a 125 is awful, upgrading your filtration to something more suited for the tank size will help in the oxygen department.
The tank is very lightly stocked, and the filtration gives me a 6x turnover. Every calculator I've used says the tank is 112 gallons. Seems like it is sufficient. But back to the question...
If you think those filters are putting out their advertised flow rates on the box you'd be very surprised to find they're likely putting out half or less of whatever they're rated for, especially once their running a while.
Also, the temp you are keeping the tank at has an effect on oxygen levels. Keeping an unheated tank leads to much higher levels of oxygen than a tank heated to the low 80's
