We are a unique community of Fish Keepers who seriously take our hobby to extremes and the NEXT level. The majority of our fish collections include RARE & EXOTIC Species of all sizes, BIG FISH with BIG APPETITES and BIG TANKS. It's not easy for most people or other "regular" fish keepers to understand why we maintain this type of collection and spare no expense on this fascinating hobby.

Hopefully, through this site and discussion forums we can encourage the next generation of Monster Fish Keepers to have the same passion and love we have for the hobby and our Monster Fish .

      We've had a good turn out this year for the Photo of the Month contests! Let's keep it going for April! The winner will get forum bling, an as yet undetermined award from the soon to be opened MFK Store and a free pass to the Photo of the Year contest. I know the updates for the site aren't visible, but there's been a lot of working going on in the background. :)

      Send your entries to potm@monsterfishkeepers.com <<<PAY ATTENTION TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS

      • You MUST include POTM in the subject line somewhere or your entry will be deleted as spam.

      • You MUST include your MFK user name in the body of the email somewhere. If I don't know who you are, I'm deleting it.

      • You MUST attach the file. NO in-line images (I'm looking at you iPhone users!) will be accepted! I can extract inline images, but it is a gigantic PITA to do over and over, so if you enter with an in-line image, I'm deleting the email!​

      If your entry doesn't meet these three requirements, I won't be reaching out to you to tell you. I can't. The POTM email will be flagged as spam by your email client and you wouldn't get my reply. Please follow directions. Now that these contests have been going for over a year again, I'm getting enough entries that it's not practical for me to try to figure out who you are or open up a bunch of new windows to extract your pic.
