Okay, I bought a new phone and no longer need the phone. You can buy this same phone as one of the options today. It has been used, but was in a protective case. If I take it out of the case you would never know it was used. It has also have a screen protector on it the whole time. My wife already has a new phone as well. So if you are interested in the phone let me know.

No need for pics as it looks just like the ones you google, and there are no marks on it that I can see.

One learn the rules. Got a problem with the price do not buy it. Two the price is correct. Try buying a phone when it is not contract time. It is near 500 for a droid. Learn the facts.
