hey would the epoxy garage floor covering work for a plywood tank?

Most say they breakdown if water is left on them for a long period of time (in other words not submersible). Most are an epoxy and I think a few new ones are a polymer base.

Call the Manuf. Rep and ask if the work under water then tell him what your wanting to do :D.

yeah just saw it and i was like huh.. i wonder.

I dont see how it would break down over time. You would think garage = water from rain/snow. No ones gonna come home and dry their garage.

Garage floor epoxy isn't listed as being fish safe. I believe most of them say not to use them for potable water applications.

If it was safe to use, everyone would be using it already, and it would say right on the label that it is non-toxic.

Ya it also says Indoor use only so that sounds like a big no. You can get fish safe epoxy for the same price or cheaper anyway

You mean you don't?!

That's not considered a constant submergence anyway.
