It seems as if my lutino oscar (12'') has SBD.

Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: About 20
pH: 8.0

I've done several extra water changes, and skipped the feeding of this fish...
I heard two things help- Feeding blanched peas, and epsom salt. So, I blanched some peas, and tried to feed them, but the poor guy is floating on his side and isn't interested in them. I have some epsom salt, and I heard using 1/8 of a teaspoon per 5 gallons in the recommended dose. Shall I proceed and use it?

The fish is a rescue.

Thanks,
Art
