Hello. Im having erythrinus sp for couple of months and this morning ive realized that little wound on his mouth got seriously larger in 24 hours. He is moving slower than normaly and does not eat. Do you have any idea what can i do to help him ? I already saved money for his new 80 galons tank and id love to keep him alive.

I think its Columnaris bacterias. What you think about this guys ?
can't really tell it's columnaris without a skin scrape and microscope, but it does appear to be some sort of infection, but I'm not sure. Get some salt in the water quickly. You may want to use some MelaFix and/or PimaFix, too

oh, man, that totally sucks. sorry you weren't able to stop it in time
