So, I live near a lake where there's plenty of Esox Lucius and I would love to keep 1 in my 840 liter aquarium together with other native fish from here( I know that the Esox Lucius prolly will eat them if it could).
What type of water to you use when you house this fish? Normal aquarium water or just normal drink-water. I'm aware of the temerature and all but Im not certain of the water quality it needs. Can I get some water from the lake and use some normal drink-water aswell? I will house it with someof these "Perca fluviatilis" see pics:
