Freeze em or use clove oil or a sharp hit to the noggin will do it.

Essentially overdose on clove oil in say a bucket with your fish in it and it will die. Not enough though and your sedating it...so overdose it. I honestly don't know what overdosing it means, but I would just put alot in the bucket. I'm sure there's other ways, but I've done it this way so it works for me.

I'm pretty sure freezing isn't a humane way to euthanize. The death is too slow, and painful.

Just use clove oil. Lots of it.
