Good afternoon everyone,

I am stumped on what this could be.

I have an electric blue acara with gray patch on his head. It is not hith nor ich so any guudance would be appreciated. He is eating like a champ.

Water is pristine 0 am 0 nitrites 5-10 nitrate.

your eba looks like someone beat the snot out of it. Aquarium salt could help it heal faster as would upping water changes for a while. What else is in the tank with it?
