Had the camera out today and thought I would get a few snaps of "Bob" my silver.Growing very fast and really settled although he does get spooked and jump at the lid occasionally..I can even stroke him without him darting off across the tank.Feeds well on anything!Hope you like the pics.

Absolutely fantastic pics. As for bobs spookieness, it could be an age thing (I am hoping) as my arowanas (about the same age) are also, real cool about me touching them or feeding them by hand. But they are also jumpy as heck. It actually makes me a little nuts. I am not remembering this stage from my previous arowanas but I still hold out hope that it is a stage.

Great pics. I wish I could get pics like that of my silver. He's always moving though and just turns out as a blur on the picture.

Thanks Dave...mines the same! always on the move and very hard to get a decent pic of him...does help using a dslr though...bit more control over the pics

He is beautiful ..there are alot of beautiful arrows on here but he is awesome..no missing scales, great color{very silver} and clear normal eyes.. and great pictures of him that you took.. you can tell he is well cared for..this very lucky" BOB". oh and your tank.. just makes you feel so tropical.. clear , blue AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH love it!

NIce pictures. How big is he/her? Mines 9in but dosnt have as much pink on the fins as yours. Try hand feeding, its very fun. It doenst hurt if they bite you.
