Ever killed any of your fish?

Has anyone ever accidentally killed one of their fish by adding an aquatic fertilizer?
Just wondering b/c i just bought some "flora pride" made by tetra

has anyone had any experience with it? it doesnt say anywhere on the bottle does it say that it is safe for fish....i would assume it is but i dont want to lose anyone.

It should be safe just do not overdose

I voted yes because I overdosed Seachem Excel and killed some prize fish.

I have overdosed before on iron but all I got was a horrible algae bloom.

I'm going to post something i hate to post...my friend tried to donate a HUGE Dempsey (at least 8 inches) at a petsmart and they took it saying "they'll find a big tank for him from another customer" well my friend worked there and found out the stabbed it in the head with a knife and threw it in the garbage...............I had no response

no, with that or any overdose of any aquarium product...hope it never does!

Well when I was 3-4 years old I accidentally killed all of our family fish. Back then most fish food came in tins. Well my mom left a tin of Ajax (very corrosive cleanser in powder form), right beside the aquarium, so I thought it would be a good idea to "feed" the fish as I always saw my parents do with tins of fish food.
In went the powder and all of the aquarium water turned white, I then went to watch some cartoons.
My mom woke up and saw what happened... It was not pleasant let me tell you. European parents will not go easy on you, no matter how young/old you are.

That is the only way I "accidentally" kill any of my fish.
